HOW TO GET RID OF LINES ON YOUR COPIES AND SCANS

Lift the Document Lid
Lift the document feeder lid to reveal the scan glass area. The thin slit of glass is where to direct your attention.
2.
Clean the Glass
Use glass cleaner and a soft cloth to gently clean the slit of glass. You can also use alcohol wipes or even a few drops of hand sanitizer.
