Each of the 10 cabinets can have its own set of unique index fields, enabling you to customize your electronic archive. No more wasted time retrieving old files. Once retrieved, documents can be viewed over the Web, emailed, printed and faxed, greatly streamlining your document communication process. Doc2NET has a password-protected login, and the system administrator has the ability to assign users access rights to only selected cabinets, thereby restricting access to your documents.
